TRAINER REVENGE 2026 RAISES $77,705.73 FOR LITTLE WARRIORS

When we set the goal for Trainer Revenge 2026 at $60,000, we knew it was ambitious.

You all had other plans and blew it out of the water!

That total goes to Little Warriors and the Be Brave Ranch. It came from six days of revenge workouts, a silent auction, a charity run, and a lot of people deciding to show up for kids they will never meet.

WHAT HAPPENED THIS WEEK

From September 14 to 19, our clients got to flip the script. For one week, they picked the exercise, picked the trainer, and made a donation. Our trainers did every single rep.

Some requests were creative. Some were cruel but justified lol. All of them counted.

Inside the studio, local businesses filled the silent auction with items that drew bids all week. On Saturday, families, runners, walkers, strollers, and more than a few dogs came out to Centennial Park for the 5KM and 2KM Charity Run and Walk, then stayed for food, ice cream, and the inflatable obstacle course.

By the end of the week, the total had gone past our goal by $17,705.73.

THANK YOU

This result belongs to a lot of people.

Our team. Our trainers spent six days on the receiving end of their own medicine. They took it with more grace than any of us expected, and they are still recovering.

Our clients. You bought the reps, picked the punishments, told your friends, and brought your families. You are the reason this event exists.

Our volunteers. The run takes an enormous amount of work before, during, and after. Thank you to everyone who registered runners, marshalled the course, handed out water, and packed up at the end.

Our auction donors and sponsors. You committed before a single rep was done, and your generosity made up a major part of this total.

WHY IT MATTERS

Little Warriors is a national charity focused on the awareness, prevention, and treatment of child sexual abuse. Its Be Brave Ranch, here in Sherwood Park, provides intensive, long-term treatment for children and teens who have survived abuse, along with support for their families.

Healing from trauma is not quick, and it is not cheap. Care like this depends heavily on community funding. The money raised this week goes directly to helping children in our region recover and move forward.

The Be Brave Ranch is fifteen minutes from our studio. The children it serves come from our neighbourhoods and our schools. That is what made this week matter.

SEE YOU NEXT YEAR

We are a personal training studio. Most days, our work is helping adults in Sherwood Park get stronger and feel better. This week reminded us that a studio is also a community, and a community can do far more together than any of us can alone.

Thank you, Sherwood Park. We cannot wait to see what you do next year.
