Trainer Revenge Week 2026: How Sherwood Park Is Raising 60,000 Dollars for Little Warriors

By September 8, 2026No Comments

Most weeks at our Sherwood Park studio, our trainers are the ones counting reps. For one week in September, that gets turned around completely.

Trainer Revenge Week runs September 14 to 19, 2026. It is the largest fundraiser we run all year, and 100 percent of what we raise goes to Little Warriors and the Be Brave Ranch.

How Trainer Revenge works

The premise is simple. You make a donation and you choose the workouts and exercises from a list. Our training team does it.

Sled pushes. Burpee ladders. Wall sits that go on far too long. Members have been building their lists for months, and a few of the requests coming in this year are genuinely creative in ways we did not anticipate.

You do not need to be a 360 Fitness member to take part. Anyone in Sherwood Park can come into the studio, make a donation, and pick something for the team to suffer through. It is a good time, and it funds something that matters.

Why Little Warriors and the Be Brave Ranch

Little Warriors is a national charity focused on the awareness, prevention, and treatment of child sexual abuse. The Be Brave Ranch is their treatment facility, and it is located right here in Sherwood Park.

The Ranch provides intensive, long term therapeutic care for children and teenagers who have survived sexual abuse. It brings together counsellors, coaches, and family support in one program, and it is designed around the reality that recovery from trauma is not a short process. Children return over the course of a year rather than attending a single session and going home.

This kind of care exists in very few places. It runs largely on community funding.

We are aiming to raise 60,000 dollars this year.

What is happening during the week

Revenge workouts. All week, in the studio, with donations going directly to the cause.

Silent auction. Local businesses have donated higher value items, and bidding runs through the week at the front desk.

15% off supplements and apparel. Available to everyone during the week.

Charity Run and Walk. Saturday September 19 at Centennial Park.

The Charity Run and Walk

The week ends with our 5KM and 2KM Charity Run and Walk at Centennial Park, 4000 Sherwood Drive.

The 5KM race starts at 11:00 am, with the 2KM walk and run following. Registration for the 5KM is 75 dollars and includes a timing chip, race bib, awards across multiple categories, and food and drinks afterward. The 2KM walk is 25 dollars. Kids 12 and under are free, and leashed dogs are welcome.

Register before September 18 and you receive a swag bag and a T-shirt.

Every fitness level belongs at this event. Some people race it. Most people walk it, push a stroller, or bring the dog. Both are worth exactly the same to the kids this supports.

After the race there is food, ice cream, beverages for adults and children, a giant inflatable obstacle course, and lawn games. Plan to stay for the afternoon.

For local businesses

If you run a business in Strathcona County and want to be part of this, there are a few ways to help. We have three sponsorship spots remaining, we are still accepting higher value items for the silent auction, and we welcome smaller promotional items for the race swag bags.

Why we keep doing this

We are a personal training studio. What we do most days is help adults in Sherwood Park get stronger, move better, and feel like themselves again. That work matters, and it is the reason we come in.

But a studio is also a community, and a community is capable of more than the sum of its individual sessions. Trainer Revenge is what happens when you point that at something outside the four walls.

The Be Brave Ranch is fifteen minutes from our front door. The children it serves are from our neighbourhoods and our schools. One week of burpees and one Saturday morning at Centennial Park is a small thing to give toward getting them the treatment they need.

Come get your revenge. We will see you there.
